Just to remind folks

The mod is currently only compatible with Furious Koala

If you want to continue using the mod you will need to disable automatic updates until such a time as there is a new build for Upbeat Giraffe (Which is probably weeks away), given that there is a new stable build due out shortly and once that goes in, the mod is going to stop working.

 

Good idea to make the post huge Ryu, they just announced the Stable 1.0 update is releasing today, so lottta people are gonna be asking

EDIT: After translating the 6 PM GMT to Pacific Time... it turns out that the update is tomorrow morning (10 AM). Brace yourselves, grab your Ark, and await the flood of Novakids.

 

i live in Australia so a i woke up to a new post on the home page and a new update on steam >.< there is no hope for me save yourselves

Ultimately unnecessary. All the old mod/player/universe data got moved to a .../koala_storage/... folder, whilst .../giraffe_storage/... is now used for UG in the stable release.

 

I... glossed over that tidbit. Well no matter- I haven't played the title in so long that I don't mind starting over.

 

Not a big deal either way. I imagine most old Koala data would either flat-out cause crashes or be glitchy somehow in UG, judging by the overhauls they've done to the various systems.

 

Hang on, did the mod get downgraded?
I could've sworn there was a version for Enraged Koala...

 

I think Ryu got confused.
It works for Koala versions, not Giraffes.

 

Oh... Well... I accidentally updated (Because Starbound got uninstalled). Anyway, I hope that this mod will see light in the Giraffe updates, if not, well, I am happy to have used this mod.

 

You'd think they could manage alphabetical order or something.

At least that'd make a little bit of sense.

 

Will this mod be updating to 'Upbeat Giraffe'? I sure hope so. I really love this mod. Infact, I've actually started using this mod more than the Munari Race mod
