RP Avali Nexus: The RP thread

"Oh, hey Coro, this is..." Ehks fell silent. "...I never got your name, stranger. It'd be nice to know it before we go somewhere."

 

And so, Hymnote awaited someone to recieve the distress signal he set up. As he noticed the night slowly crawling in, he set off to...make a campfire?...that's what you do.....right?

 

*she tilted her head curiously to the newcomer*

 

Ah, right. My apologies, I was getting caught up in the moment. My name is Carter Fairfield, mechanic and merc. for hire.

 

Mercenary and a mechanic? Huh. That's interesting.

Sirius looks toward the newcomer Avali, still a bit shy.

 

Hymnote's crappy distress signal continued whirring as he salvaged what he could from his ship. He lazily tore out pieces of wood that he found and threw them on the floor.

 

Myifee's helmet woke her.

The ship had arrived.

She injected herself with a stimulant, her mind coming to full awareness.

Through the security feeds she'd hacked and diverted to herself, she'd seen a few people leave the ship, but not her primary target.

She lay in wait on the private park, just barely visible from the starport, watching.

 

Oh, and that is Corosar.

 

If Myifee stays up to date on new bounties, she may recognize Sirius as one of them. He seems harmless enough... Most likely an easy target. His bounty expires in a few days. Of course, if she doesn't check the list of bounties often, Sirius would only be another human.[DOUBLEPOST=1431371538][/DOUBLEPOST]

"Ah... I'm guessing it's mostly Avali on this ship?"

 

Hymnote waited for the distress signal to be recieved.

 

Well Corosar isn't exactly an Avali.... She can explain it better than I can. But yes, there are quite a few Avali on the ship at the moment.

 

Still no response.
((Anyone?))

 

"Huh. Guess I'll most likely be the only human if I'm allowed on..."

Myi watched as more people exited the ship.

Still not her heavily armored target.

She reviewed the file she obtained. White was supposedly supposed to be in his custom powered armor at all times. Her rifle, while deadly accurate, did not pack enough penetration power to pierce even conventional shielding, so for this assassination she'd brought the same rifle she used when with her mercenary corp.

The heavy gun was nearly as large as she was, and even if it didn't get through armor, it packed a huge amount of force behind it.

She did a quick check, the weapon mechanically folding and compacting itself before returning to it's ready state.

Myi returned her watch to the ship.

Still no sign of White.

Hymnote began digging.

 

Well, not necessarily.....

Again, something I can't explain that well....

 

Sirius suddenly seems a bit confused. He looks at Lego, then at Ehks. Then Lego. Then Ehks again.
"...Strange. Then again, I'm rather strange, too... If you think about it, everyone is somehow."

 

You'd better let Ehks explain, I could just make you more confused if I tried to.
*Lego shrugs*
In a way, everyone here is a bit strange, but what can you do about it.
*Lego gives Sirius a smile*

 

"Nothing, that's for sure. I'm not going to try to force anyone or anything to change..." Sirius looks off toward the buildings in the distance. "So, what brings you all here?"

 

That is a good question.....

I just follow the group, I would assume White had a reason for coming here. White pilots the ship.
