Alright. So, should I just jump in now or wait until a thing happens?

 

Whichever one you prefer. A ship just landed on Abraxis, carrying...a considerable amount of the PCs, and if you wanted to you could have your character run across them.
Also, @Riley The Basitin Gamer has a different thing going on, though it'd be best to contact him about that.

 

Okay, it's about time I actually made Sirius' sheet. Don't know what I'll have to do if it's not accepted.

Name: Sirius Halestrom
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Race: Human
History: Sirius was born in Abraxis, raised by his mother and father as most every human is. However, this all changed a month after his seventh birthday, when his parents were killed in their own home via gunshots through a window. Before his father breathed his last, Sirius was given a silver chain necklace as a memento to remember his mom and dad by. When the police arrived, he was sitting in the corner crying with the chain in hand. Sirius lived the next three years in an orphanage, keeping to himself, haunted by the death of his parents. This persisted until he was finally adopted by a man who claimed to be a lawyer, and certainly looked the part- a man named Jonathan Longmire. It didn't even take a week after he was adopted for Sirius to figure out Longmire was a twisted man, as he had "convinced" a mercenary to train Sirius in the "art" of killing. Eight years later, on his first assassination job, Sirius failed in the worst way possible, losing both his arms when he was discovered. Longmire wasn't very sympathetic, but paid for augments to replace Sirius' missing arms. The year after that, Sirius definitely got better at his "job," which was great since the mercenary who had trained him had died in mysterious circumstances. That same year, while Longmire was out on a "business trip," Sirius discovered that his "employer" was responsible for his parents' deaths, as they had had dealings with him before and failed to deliver their payment. Sirius kept digging and found tha Longmire was also the one that killed the mercenary who trained him, as well as several other acts of ill will. Some months after his twentieth birthday (uncelebrated as usual), Sirius finally admitted that he was through "working" for Longmire, and later found out he was being used as a personal bounty hunter. The very next day, Sirius himself had a bounty placed on him, and killed Longmire- the one who placed the bounty. Now that his malicious, ill-willed former captor is deceased, Sirius has nowhere to go and seeks a way to leave what he used to call home and now calls a hellhole- Abraxis.
Appearance: Sirius is a well-built man that stands at an average height of 5'9, having blue eyes, brown, medium-length hair, and a somewhat pointed complexion to define his face. He always wears black pants of a tough woven material- most likely canvas or denim- tucked into black treads. He also wears black gloves and what resembles a trench coat cut short below the waist with a hood. Inside said coat, Sirius keeps a gun and a damascus steel, double-edged sword from his former "career" as a privately owned forced assassin. Also tucked with his weapons is a black mask with a cross marking that extends all the way vertically and horizontally, used to conceal his identity when needed. Under the coat, he wears a white long-sleeved shirt and a silver chain necklace that used to belong to his father.
Basic Personality: While Sirius is very polite, he has trouble actually talking to people due to the lack of social interaction that comes with being a privately owned assassin. Conversation with him tends to be... awkward, at least, since he never really has anything to talk about. Despite his shyness, tendency to keep to himself, and overall quiet nature, Sirius is surprisingly kind for a former assassin and doesn't mind talking with people when he can. Of course, his shyness cripples this, so he doesn't start conversations much anyway. He also has a knack for acting and impressions, and has thus developed a knack for sarcasm, small jokes, and reading.
Any unusual traits: Sirius suffers from a rare inhibition known as "having two robotic replacement arms instead of normal ones," preferring to keep it hidden from others. As such, he is rarely seen without gloves and a coat or some sort of long-sleeved shirt on, and gets a tad defensive or avoids discussion when inquired about his arms.

 

I think I'll stick with the newly arrived Abraxis group, fits in with my characters backstory

Well, Rin (my)'s group are on Abraxis as well, but just doing missions for Davin Corp. I guess any newcomers or new characters could happen upon them doing a mission or somethin'. Just PM me about it.

Yeah, they're mercenaries. Though Rin's friend Solaro is joining them, he's an actual employee of Davin Corp. For now, at least.

 

So how active is everyone? Seems like we have varying degrees of when people are on
