Is Automate supposed to work with auto-grabbers? I didn't intentionally set it up to, but I already had my auto-grabber by a chest and some cheese presses in my barn when I installed Automate. It seems to work once, and then every day after that I can't collect from the grabber unless I pick it up and replace it, nor is my stuff in the chest. I'm not sure if this is an Automate issue or an Auto-Grabber issue or a me issue because I'm using it incorrectly.
@andiluxe Yep, Automate should work with auto-grabbers. The game won't show an item menu for an auto-grabber if it's empty, and with Automate installed it'll be emptied into your connected chest(s) automatically. I'm not sure why the items aren't in your chest though. Some things to try: Press U to see if there's any unexpected connections to a different chest or machine. Remove the chest to see if the auto-grabber is actually collecting anything (maybe your animals just aren't producing). Come ask in #modding on the Stardew Valley Discord, and we'll run some tests to figure it out.
Need help, not sure what I am doing wrong but Automation keeps getting skipped in the boot due to "missing manifest" but I can clearly see the file and have tried re-downloading it and older versions.
@SiftingAce Can you... upload your SMAPI log (see instructions on that page) and post a link here? Post a screenshot of the mod's folder, including the full window?
@Pathoschild Sorry if this is a question you have been getting asked a lot, I saw someone ask it in the thread but didn't see a response. How does EXP get distributed in Multiplayer? Does it all get given to the host, or is it given to the person who placed the machine?
Question... In the beta Fire Quartz(plus one coal) can be processed in the furnace for 3 Refined Quartz. Can Automate be configured to support that, or am I just missing something?
