Artifact of Command Random Items

I apologize if this has been around before, as I haven't been on the forums much recently, but here we go:
As you progress in command, you eventually get to the point where your item income is much more than your item clicky outcome. I suggest that (functioning in a fashion not unlike the divine teleporter), a press of the Q key would spawn a random item from the rarity of the chest.
This may seem like a trivial addition, but it makes for much quicker gameplay when every third kill gives you an item and picking them up quickly becomes a chore.
Any thoughts?

 

I would use artifact of command to get three goat hooves and then just press q for the rest of the playthrough if you could actually do this. Default move speed is so slow.
