Are Virorbs confirmed in the game?

I don't know about you guys, but they're my favorite non-randomly generated mob so far. I loved the idea of having to get a splice of DNA from each kind of virorb in order to make a pet Cell Virorb that would transform into a specific Virorb depending on the environment and then would fight with me.

 

I believe they were. Even though Poptops won the contest, I am certain Tiy said a few others will be included as well. Virorbs, I believe, were one of them.

 

Yes, all the runner-ups of the monster contest are going to be in the game, in addition to Poptop.

Thanks for telling me, but I have another question if you guys know the answer. Do you know how many of the Virorbs will be included and whether they will have the same effects and functions the creator said they'd have?

 

"We particularly liked the range of abilities and the gameplay involved in the way the Orbs attack." Have no clue if it's a yes or no but it's a favorable comment.

 

Ah, well hopefully they do. I really want to get my hands on a Cell Virorb pet after spending countless hours collecting Virorb DNA.

 

You should also know that thefluvirus, author of Virorbs, is now an official contributor of the Chucklefish team. So there could be even more Virorbs

there were a lot of cool monster additions. I think my favorite had to be that bad moon thing. I like the way it looks a lot, and its attack style.

I just noticed a fun fact. Not just will the runner-ups be added, there's a chance the honorable mentions may also feature in the game. I'm interested to see the way all these creatures behave.

 

I agree, i'd really like to see the virorbs in the game.
If not in the vanilla version, then in a mod.

As I read about the Virorbs, they sounded interesting. But as I kept reading on the different types, getting to UFO Virorb and Trippy Virorb namely, I started to think that some of it wasn't so cool or creative. But still, the BASIC ones are pretty cool. Seems like they'll be in.
