Are there uniquely special planets for everyone?

Like, everyone has one or two systems or planets that no one else can get to (past multiplayer).
I mean like, awhile ago I posted coords to a planet where you could easily get a mask, i had found it while mucking about on my laptop. Someone else tried to find it and they couldn't get to it. So, I went onto the family computer, a mac, and I couldn't find it either. It's definitely there though, I can get to it on my laptop easily.
So now I'm wondering, is this a feature or something? Like a completely and utterly unique planet for the player, something that is theirs and theirs only.

 

This could be a result of two things. First off, some of the loot is less static and more... 'stuff in chest X on planet Y in Z sector is guaranteed to have a W-rarity item from a certain pool'. Also, it seems that different OSes have different universe seeds, so all, say, windows users, will have the same planet, but the universe is different on a mac or linux setup.

 

This is a result of the worlds being the same for everyone, but the loot being randomly generated for each person.

 

Loot on the planet's surface is always the same. Dungeon loot is randomized.

 

That makes sense.
