For some reason when I use the furniture box the spawn list is empty?

 

Wait a second. What version of starbound are you on? And not really. There's a couple of mods similar to this but they don't have nearly as much functionality.

Yes, I put it in because I wanted to add the recipes the update after. It'll be there in the 1.0 release, although it's through unlocking 3D printer items, not the furniture box.

I'm on Indignant Koala since the latest update doesn't work for me, Could that have to do something with it?

 

I think it has been for a while now, actually. Who knows how long it'll last though. Mods have been getting more awesome and more awesome, and I definitely won't be able to put out what those guys are putting out, not even close. Sorry to say though, I was kinda stubborn and went with the white one, even though I think more people prefered the black version.

... The last starbound update broke all mods, so they needed to be updated. There's a reason why it's in the thread title, you know? It does not work with any older version. It's also nice because it makes it not work on pirated copies.


Aaaanyway, I'll be going off to bed now. I'll just leave this here because I want to.

would it be too much to ask for you to push out a mini update that makes the boxes use that texture? because i think it looks dead sexy.

I'm afraid not. The current state of the mod is a total mess. There's WIP images everywhere, there's like 5 items I need to complete so to speak, etc. I've been working on too many different things at once to release something that I can consider anything a mini-update. Consider it me being an ass and not giving you your christmas present yet, haha.

 

I saw the chat about water guns, lava guns, acid guns (I'd add tentacle juice, tar... ) but any except water gun can't be done, while water gun is easy, because there's already an item/function that shoots water.

Anyway, "Ice Chuckler" awesome gun is missing in the weapon + armors box. Freeze !

 

Right now it's not really a matter of it being easy or not to be honest. The question I'm asking myself more is how much harm a water gun can do. I could make it fire really slowly or something, so it works for visual purposes like swimming pools I guess. I'm still working on just getting 1.0 done though, so it would be something for after that anyway.

I swear I added the Ice Chuckler.. Maybe it's generating as a Generic Item?

Slow water gun is too easy to be "made" fast water gun. So it's better not having it. Water generator pod is better, as you can only use it once after placing that dispenser pod. "Volcano Pod" for making pools No water gun.

 

Version 1.0 pushed! The first build of the mod I find complete. I might add stuff in later updates, but all core functionality I found a CreativeMode should have is now in. This is not an Experimental build anymore, as all items that can crash your game should now be removed.

1.0 Finally, it's here! The first release where I can consider the mod 'done'. It has all the functionality I wanted in the mod.
The spawning boxes are finalized (Weapons & Armor box and the Spawning box). All 'Perfectly Generic Items' and items that crashed your game have been removed.
A '3D Printer Unlocker' has been added. Adds all scanable items to the 3D printer. Woohoo for furniture!
The Ultimate chest is now 2x2 blocks, instead of 2x1.
Added 2 placable duplicator objects. One duplicates items one at a time, the other does it by 100 items at a time.
Both don't work with randomly generated items, as it's not possible right now.
Added brand new artwork for: Ultimate Box, Spawning Box, Weapons & Armor Box, Ultimate Chest and the Duplicators.

I deleted the mod and I can't play anymore. The game crashes.

 

You left modded items in your world when you deleted it. Try re-installing the mod, remove the items the mod adds, then try to remove it. This goes for every mod that adds placable objects by the way.

 

How can I delete techs?

 

As long as you don't have them 'locked in' on your character, it should go away by itself after uninstalling.

 

Be ready to add more items after the next update, though. Tiy's adding a bunch of Christmas stuff.
