    Here's a rough draft for the chest. I figured I'd keep the shaded blue style you had, and just made a pixelated version of your logo.
    The picture is scaled up slightly (from 16x16 to 256x256) so you can see the art more easily.

    Not bad :O. The hammer probably needs to be shifted one pixel to the right, as it's not centered like this. Other than that, I can see this looking quite a bit better than my own cheap itteration of a chest. Nice work! :)

    I made this a bit more centered. I didn't have it centered before to avoid having the 4 pixels in the middle, but I have to agree it'd look better centered. I also tried to see what it would look like if you replaced the blue with gray, and it's not too bad (although it's not very colorful either.)

    I very much prefer the blue version, myself. I suggest going with that one.

    I have to agree, I would prefer the blue one myself as well. It doesn't neccesarily have to be that blue (or blue at all) though, if you want to try something else. Otherwise, I'll try the blue version in-game once I changed the chest file to make it suitable.

    Right now, I'm working on the flight tech. I think I have the basic code laid out. It's a matter of testing/debugging and finding possible problems with it. Which is pretty much the hard part.

    The non-generated guns, yes. Those are already in too, although there's only like 5 guns right now.

    Randomly generated guns I'm definitely NOT touching. You can't craft randomized weapons as of now, and to make custom weapons for every possibility would be insane. Maybe later down the path I can get the world.spawnItem command to work with a certain object, effectively 'spawning' randomized guns. But that's far from here and it won't be a priority for a long while.

    Wah? You're confusing me. :O

    We seriously need ore tier guns and bows. I've considered going in-depth on them in the suggestions forum.

    Yeah, this would definitely be a good idea. Guns wouldn't even need to be craftable before tier 3 or so either, for 'balance' reasons.

    Anyway, yeah. Until something like this is in, I don't see guns being craftable any time soon.

    Hi again, I had some thoughts on the mod, just ideas and stuff. I still have V. 91 and I like how simple the spawn box's inventory is. It has the basic craft items that can get one started and it doesn't affect game performance, due to its small list of items compared to the newer spawn boxes. I know it might seem kind of redundant, but I think it would be kind of cool if the red spawn box had the V. 91 inventory for those of us that want to explore a little bit, but don't want to carry all of the various spawn boxes. The newer boxes could still be added, but would not be required to access for the "basics" of crafting.

    I hope that made sense and I know lots of work is already being done on the current mod design. Just thought I'd share my thoughts before anymore time goes by. I like the idea and progress of creative mode regardless :D

    Actually, I think the Ultimate Box could hold all the crafting stations, now I think of it. It's the access point to the entire mod, and the first level is augmented crafting, so having the crafting stations in the big box itself would help speed things up by a lot.

    I'll respond to you two in a minute. I'm currently busy pushing the new release with the Creative Flight tech.

    EDIT: 0.9.5 update pushed. What I've noticed is that the tech has some horrible compatibility with servers that don't have the mod installed. I would not suggest to use this tech in multiplayer in any circumstance. I'm pretty sure this is kind of self-explanitory though.


    Quite honestly, I rather stick my time into making the current boxes work better and with less lag, rather than introducing yet ANOTHER box just for the basics. I can understand where you're coming from, but it's just not worth my time right now. The new boxes should be a lot more usable since I've added the new boxes though, and it only really is a problem when opening the boxes. Because it takes a few seconds to open the box. I'm hoping to make the current boxes even more lag free, although that remains to be seen how I go about doing that.

    That would break up the whole idea of the Ultimate Box though. The box itself is added for the sole purpose of holding all the items this mod adds. The custom items, so to speak. And the more items I add over time, the more filled up it will get as well. I'd rather keep it as clean as possible and use the other boxes what they were meant for, distributing vanilla items.

    Put the entire folder into the /mods/ folder. Not just it's contents, and no-where else.
