Anyone who has Solarium and wants to share their weapon ideas?

I think we all love concept art and ideas. I would love to see what people have designed. I'm sure other people would to. Thanks.

i know this isn't my business but where did you get the money to pay 1000$ for a side-scrolling game?

 

I'll think about it... It's not entirely clear yet how many effects the designers will allow or if they'll allow any unique effects at all (since it would require additional programming). So I went with a weapon with some flavor with an effect probably already implemented. When they send me the email to ask about my design, I'll probably ask what the limits are if they don't specify. I don't want to make an overpowered weapon, rather a high-flavor and fun weapon.

Ideally it would also inflict a debuff called something liked "Doomed" which would greatly increase the critical rate against that creature.

 

Where I work, obviously.

I'm fairly financially stable and have quite a bit saved up. I don't really view Starbound as just a "side scrolling game", and wanted to support it as much as possible, because this looks to be one of the best games to come out in recent memory.

 

Sometimes, college students get tons of money from their parents, and they sometimes spend big because they know how to be economically efficient. I have no car, so I managed to save up quite a sum f money, and I made some huge spending mistakes in the past. This is why I only chose to pay $75 dollars for starbound even though I know that starbound is going to be awesome; I don't want to make the same mistake again.

 

Now see im a simple paid man i wanted to pay for the 75$ not for my name in the credits but just to give back...i might actually ask for a refund on my pre-order so i can then purchase a higher tier

 

Remember, this is just a game. You might want to save your money instead of overspending it.

Indeed. Even $75 is a pretty generous donation. It's not necessarily about "giving back", you shouldn't spend more than you can financially.

 

Oh. I thought you meant to pay for a higher tier. But honestly, $75 might have been too much for me too.

 

yea i just felt 45 was a little high but if i can i might just purchase that on top of my silver tier..i mean hell why not? i will have a extra key to give to my friend on his birthday

 

Well, if you say so. But try to overspend in the future; a $5 purchase was all it took for me to make a $500 purchase that resulted in a complete waste of my money and time.... and a very sore bum.

 

lol i know what i am doing and your right i should of just spent the 75$ in the future but i needed some of it for supplies and such :/

And here I thought I paid too much for it. It's just a game man! Tiy will be moving onto the next project a year after starbound's release, and do we want to go through this whole thing over again? Sweet Geebus man!
