    I got one from a tenant quest. They wanted to give it to someone else, i quickly placed it and scanned it and now i can print them.

    That was in the unstable branch though

    If you dont mind cheating, just type:
    /admin
    then /spawnitem poptopplush :)
    Have fun.
    From what I know, you can get some plushie in the Hyotl Underwater City, its found on the ocean floor (on Ocean type planets obviously)
