Anyone else's quests reset?

    I have to do all my quests all over again, dammit. I deleted my Universe folder because I wanted to have a new one, didn't think my quests would go. That may be the case OR it may be that the new update did this. Anyone know?

    I didn't touch my universe folder, but it reset quests for me too.

    Okay, interesting, and thanks. Makes it more difficult to progress the ship further though, now since I have to re-do it. Unless they changed it, which I didn't see.

    Apparently, I have to refuel my ship for the first time again. Which I guess means I'll have to do every quest again. Bleh.

    This is very annoying, I wonder if perhaps there is a mod out there that fixes this or a modder capable of doing so.
