There really isn't a reason to worry. Judging by the tweets and screenshots, there is a lot already finished, and hopefully it will be finished soon.

 

I'm worried that this thread has been resurrected. It was a terrible thread when it was posted, it's already been fully answered, and everyone's opinion is the same anyway.
Stop replying to a thread that should have been finished, please. Also, try and check the dates on the threads before you post, and see if it's still relevant.

 

All we can do is post and hope that the developers are not sadistic creatures that should have been sealed beneath minecraft's nether.

 

is it not the spiritual sequel to terraria? That's all I need actually, Even if they have to scrap something till later there are good team members on this

 

This has nothing to do with terraria.

EDIT: In FACT, the idea for starbound was brought up before terraria was ever created.

 

It is related in no way, shape, or form to Terraria. There are several threads outlining this in General Discussion.

 

...Except it shares one of the developers...

 

Personally I am of the opinion that Starbound and Terraria have some similarities, but both have individual merits and will stand on their own.
