Anyone can tell me what this is?

im new to the forum and the game, and already got a first question
Can anyone explain me what this is? I've found like 4 oor 5 of these yet and still, no idea what they are or what I can use them for :/

You can activate this things and they give you either a buff for a time (healing, glowing, jumping or speed, like the stim-packs) or they poison you or explode (and early on kill you with that).

 

Right now they are bugged and don't do anything. But once they are fixed they will do what earl said.

 

They work fine for Juice Box.

 

Really? I've talked with most of my friends who play starbound, they dont work for them or for me. They just do the animation when you hit e of what effect it was going to be but you don't take damage, debuffs or buffs

 

As I said, I found around 4-5 for now and always had an explosin animation,

Juice Box does admit that SOME do just play the animation and do nothing, but 90% of them work for JB.

 

i can confirm that sometimes they explode, and sometimes they will give you a buff

 

Well I aren't getting the buffs but all the dmg
