Any chance the Hylotl will get a visual overhaul?

At least give us a choice to have two eyes and add some more skin tones. A nice shark skin grey would be awesome. I want to like the Hylotl and I do like the lore, but the swelling eyes thing when they heal or eat is not awesome. The sound they make when they get hit is kind of annoying too. I kind of like the armor styles but they're nowhere near as cool as the Apex armors, who I think have the best visual style in the game.

Hylotl faces should be drawn out more into a sort of point like the concept art. The visuals of the race are overall kind of a miss. I want to spend time with the Hylotl but they just seem so visually unappealing. Even the ship design is kind of corny. It's better than the first ship though.

Anyone else feel like our aquatic friends kind of got the short end of the visual stick?

 

I find they're alright as is, but right now I'd rather more core features of the game get fixed up and added in before I worry about things looking a bit weird.

 

I think they're pretty, but personally can't stand playing them. I'd probably play them if they had more eye color variety, as it is, the red beady eyes just bother me.

 

I actually really like them how they are. I think they're cute!

 

If you want 2 eyes, ay of the racial armours will be fine for you, in fact I haven't seen a hat in game that would fit one properly.

Personally I like the 3 eyes. Nice call back to D&D's Aboleth which is pleasingly sinister for such a race.

 

I wasn't sure what they were doing when they were using items. I thought they were flexing their eyebrows.

 

Wouldn't asking for a 2-eyes option on a hylotl be like asking for a 3-eyes option on a human?

I like the idea of having different color options if there aren't enough right now, but certain design choices like number of eyes might be staying as it is.

I like them as they are. Besides, why must every alien have two eyes four limbs and breath oxygen? What do you think this is? Star Trek?

I like the current look, all of it except one thing. Third eye is either ignored or "skipped" in almost all of their armors. Like, copper goggles for example. Goggles just for two out of three eyes, while third one is just there. Can you get what i'm talking about? And yeah, armor itself are awesome.

 

I like the hytol, they remind me of the mermen and fish people from One Piece.

 

I wish they made the Murloc sound ; )

An overhaul isn't needed, but more color options would be nice. I can't even make my character skin tone match my ship.
