For some reason, the animation played in the lower left corner when a character talks to you isn't being played at the correct speed. It's randomly either slowed down or sped up. The issue is on both the 64 and 32 bit versions of the game, and is also on the unstable build as well. it Everything else runs fine. A week ago, there was no issue. I spent the better part of the day trying everything possible to fix it, from reinstalling the game at least a dozen times to disabling all of my mods, yet nothing works. I'm pretty sure the issue is on my side, but I have no clue what it is. Did I accidentally change some setting, or is there a fix I can do by diving into the files?
