Modding Help Animated Helmet

Hello everyone.

I'm wanting to make na armor which it's helmet is animated, with some glowing and stuff.
I just wanna know if that is possible, and if it is, how do I do it...

There are a few mods that you could use as an example for a glowing helmet, but I don't think a animated sprite is possible ATM.
