To be honest, I live on the south end of the equator and have no idea how animals behave when it snows because we never get snow. The coldest it gets here in winter (July for us) is about 60 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 degrees Celsius. So yeah, around here cows don't stare out the windows!

The brown cows are from that mod, the white ones come from a different one, which can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/224/? Unfortunately the brown cows mod doesn't have a retexture for the baby cows, but the white cow mod does and they're super adorable!
