What kind of skewed statistics is this poll?

I'm 25, but I have old eyes.

 

True, and I don't really consider myself immature.

I run a minecraft server, and from what I have seen with my admins, even the adults who are in the range of 30 to 40 can be just as immature and selfish as the 15 year old ones.

Edit: I think maturity just can't be judged by age, it is all about the individual person.

Just a recommendation: next time create a poll with broader age groups, something like "12-17", "18-25", "26-35" and so on...

I agree, age really doesn't matter. There could be 20 year olds that act like kids and 16 year olds that act like adults. I see it all the time

Age doesn't really matter in terms of maturity, but if I hear a screechy voice on voice chat, I'm probably gonna cringe and mute that person/avoid talking to them.

Nothing personal, just my ears can't stand it. Its like nails on a chalkboard for me.

 

The poll should have been more of a Age Range. Average Gamer these days is is between 30 and 40, and will probably climb as the Atari-NES generation starts to climb. I was born in the 80s, 1984 to be exact. I think of gaming as my hobby. Some people go out for drinks at a sports bar and hit on chicks. I crack open an ice cold tea and live multiple lives through a computer/TV screen.
Sad existence to some, Perfectly fine to me.

 

Facebook games maybe, but I don't buy that at all for Games in general...please provide a source if possible. I am curious.

While the poll is very limited it did reveal the fact that the majority is clearly able to drink. I think we should celebrate with some beers, except for you young'ns
