Modding Help Adding custom NPC to festivals

I've recently made a couple of custom NPCs and now I wanna add them to festivals. I heard you can do it with TMX loader, but I'm not sure how exactly to do that, or if there's a different/better way to do it.
I know there's a template for it with TMX loader, but I'm not sure where I put said template lol

to get that done you will have to add them to the maps.. TMX loader can assist you on that.
