With all due respect, these people wouldn't have been banned if they never publicly revealed that they lied about their age. I think publicly revealing that they're ban-evading and naming their alts is...well. I don't understand why. o_O



Edit: COPPA is a serious thing. It's not even like "You're banned cause you're not 13" or "You're banned cause you lied to the ToS when you signed up." It's a "Lawsuits can be filed against this website and its operators if it's found to be knowingly allowing underage 13 users to sign up without explicit parent permission" thing. By explicit parent permission, that literally means paperwork, or a few other methods. (Verifying credit card info, Fax, etc)

 

They will come back and there birthday because there both 12.

 

Well, not necessarily EpicFace because now he has one more reason to be banned... for "ban-evading." I don't if this will result in a perma-ban, but time will probably be added to his punishment.
