Bug/Issue Able to view Terrain Info during Enemy's Turn

    On PC, I found out if I right click at the right time (or spam it) during the enemy's turn during the campaign, I'm able to interrupt their turn and view the terrain info wherever the cursor is. The interruption does not break the game in any way, but the fact it works when it's not the player's turn I feel is worth noting it as a bug.
