Closed able to get outside Protectorate Mission

    with rope or tech a player can easily get themselves into places they shouldn't...

    an easy enough fix would be a much taller invisible wall. :p

    But you wouldn't get any techs at this stage in a normal gameplay.

    alright how about this. :p
    you get 3 rope at the crate next to the ship you escape on.

    I also love how rope works now.
    the way you can angle it by the way its thrown....i can throw one above a building and climb up like a classic cartoon burglar now!
