Bug/Issue Abigail lost dialog?

Ever since there was an update to the marriage candidates dialog I've noticed that I'll have the option to talk to to Abigail as my wife (the text bubble appearing when you scroll over) and when I walk towards her and click the bubble will just disappear without dialog but she turns to me like she was going to say something. There are a couple new things that she says but I think there is some missing dialog that isn't executing.

 

I had the same problem with Penny. Steam news said that in last patch (looks like some hotfix after 1.06) it was fixed, so try to check for game updates.
