A Starbound cartoon?!

i wonder.......what if someone (or some people) of the Starbound community made a Starbound cartoon?

i was hoping that an animated cartoon would be made.

I said nah, because I'm going to be more interested in playing the game, I'm usually not interested in cartoons, and it would have to be pretty good unlike most fan stuff I see (imo), sadly.

 

If a game is popular enough than usually animators on youtube will make some stuff out of it. I only watch Gonzo and Ricepirate tho, I don't know too much about the animators on youtube.

 

Bravest Warriors is as close as it gets at least for now, other than that sure! I would totally watch it!

 

Though it'd be cool to see one later down the road, i'd expect it to be very short lived.
Not much story you can go off on, tbh, due to the fact that this is indeed a sandbox with quests (Not saying this is a bad thing ^ -^), rather than a full length, story filled adventure~

They'd have to pull a Pokemon on us if they expected the show to last much longer than one season, which would mean the original story would be lost forever~

But hey, I'd love to see one.

Well as the game gets released and popular we'll see a ton of fan-made stuff, movies, dramas, cartoons,

 

Man, you're getting WAY too excited for this game to come out. Would you like some Starbound brand tea and crumpets to calm down?

 

I think the whole universe is interesting, which with my personality and preferences, is a rarity for a non-fantasy setting. Obviously playing the game is most important, but hypothetically speaking, if there was a semi-comedic anime, I'd watch the living hell out of it. I don't even like anime...

Maybe something like Star Trek but with Starbound races
Just imagine the possibilities!
