Post-Intro Hi everyone! Anyone? I don't know, typing this just makes me feel like I'm talking to myself, you know? I mean, I usually think my posts through about what to type and wondering, "Is this good enough or am I going to bore the life out of these people - wasting both their time and mine?" This good? Ah geez, sometimes hitting the submit button scares the crap out of me. I don't want to sound stupid, do you? I'm not here to judge if you do, but please explain if that's the case. Introduction Still here? Okay, good! Well, I can assume you can find my user name, so no need to say that bit about me. Read the title? That's what I do. Or at least used to do, as a kid. Anyway, I know not everybody on the forum will read this, but you can address me by Mitch. Yeah, not afraid of giving out part of my name to a vast amount of people, but certainly am afraid of spiders (go figure). So, you're probably wondering what this lunatic is rambling on about. What do you want to hear? How I play this game? Okay. How I play StarBound I play as a human wearing my default clothes I started with; a blue hoodie and beige pants. I also wear a Snow Infantry hat because you know, FASHION. I usually play as characters who look the most normal by my opinion, so I guess that makes me not very adventurous... Wait, why am I playing an adventure game then? What is wrong with me? I continue to contradict myself, ARRGH! Whatever, the game is good. Fun. Dandy. Swell. Swanky. WOOOORRRRDDDDDSSS - I like 2-D platformers and LEGOs. PFFFT, who doesn't like LEGOs? LEGO haters (that joke was terrible)? Oh, I like to collect things, useful things, worthless things, and things that are also stuff. Mainly the weapons. And with that my ship is crowded as any hoarder's house would be and I haven't even reached tier 10 yet... Hooo boy. At least when I do get to tier 10 I'll start building stuff with all the junk lying around. Hmm, what else? I have an insanely strong pet who wiped the floor with that jelly boss. I literally had no idea what happened for a moment until I realized my little dinosaur... thing had annihilated him. I had only leveled him up around 10 times and he already had that kind of power? At least he can handle the next tier of monsters for every harder world I go to because I sure know I can't. To conclude and last minute stuff And that's my style of playing the game. I have noticed there's still some issues with the balancing of combat, but yeah, beta. I'm certainly looking forward to what potential this game has especially after playing Terraria.
