Okay I discussed this with my sister and we believe that it would make Stardew have more options. Adding more houses, or and apartment complex built after the community center so new people could move in, it could replace that ugly closed down Joja mart. an if people go with Joja it replaces the community center. it would allow people to move in and out making more of a choice for the player to marry or befriend, not every one that moves in could be a bachelor, they could be more families, there could be a single mother or a single father or relatives of some of the villagers that are already living in pelican town move into the apartments.
