I got the idea from aliens, but how about a power loader similar to the one in aliens? It would enable you to do heavy lifting normally to difficult to move. Ex. If you don't know what Im talking about.
Or possibly the UFO that is said to be on the player home-world would also have a tractor beam that could be used for this same effect?
I dont believe in tractor beams, I mean how would they work? This could be used to move things around in your base like machinery? maybe used to make other machines?
I knew exactly what you were talking about before I opened the thread and saw the picture. I've love to see this happen. Even if it doesn't have weapons, it could be an excellent tool for construction and movement of other large objects, with of course the ability to just flail at enemies should they encounter you.
I support this. Exactly what i was thinking. Would be a nice tool that gives you the ability to do more than you could do by yourself. The UFO is also a nice tool but it should be considered rather late while having tools of labor prior to it to not make building/moving that easy from the get go.
This sounds awesome but I think it should be open to upgrades! Upgrades could be more armor or even weapons to give it defensive/offensive capabilities.
