A new way to do difficulty and modes: game rules

    Currently, there are only 3 modes in the game, casual(no death penalties), survival(hunger, lose pixels and drop items on death) and hardcore(hunger, permadeath). I and many other players find this system rather limited, as mods that add/remove hunger on certain gamemodes are rather popular with players.

    I propose a new way to handle modes: game rules. Instead of having 1 option that is about multiple gameplay elements, there would be multiple options you can toggle or customize using sliders.

    List of game rules:

    Lose pixels on death, slider from 0(no pixel loss on death) to 100% loss.
    Drop items on death: on/off
    Permadeath: on/off(all other options about death would be greyed out)
    hunger: slider from 0 hunger to 4x current hunger, incremental steps of 0.1%
