Modding Help A mod to make teleporters with no GUI?

I'd really like a mod that adds custom teleporters, that when placed prompt you to set a destination, and then after that all you need to do is walk over them to go to that destination. Maybe wiring support too? Is this possible? Thanks.

 

It is possible I believe, but only within a planet/instance. But making it practical might be difficult.

There are Lua functions to get position and I believe to move the player. So setting up a trigger is easy enough at that point.
