I never post in these introduction subforums, because I typically like to slowly integrate my way into the forum until it's as though I've always been there. But I decided I'd try something a little different for this place. So I'm gonna share a little about myself. I'm a huge fan of indie games. I played Terraria like mad when it first came out (mostly thanks to the notalgia it provided, due to its similarity to the flash game Motherload). Now I'm patiently waiting for the release of this game as the release of another indie game called Project Zomboid. I'm an incredibly laid back guy who is very slow to anger, especially on the internet. I'm finishing up my second year of college, hoping to have a degree in Computer Science after just two more. Thanks largely to my major, I spend a lot of time on the computer. And because of that, I spend a lot of time on the internet. It took me a long time to really be as active as I am online, so I'm trying to make up for lost time by finding several genuinely nice communities to become a part of. I hope this can become one of those communities.
Hiya, welcome to the community! It's great so far, trust me! I sure hope you become active here; it's always great to have amazing new members! The IRC is a place you should go if you want to get to know some people better. I'm a regular there myself, as well as a bunch of my friends.
Thanks, guys. And I frequent a few other sites that I like to chat on regularly. But as the semester draws to a close I should have some more free time. I'll definitely try to squeeze in some time to meet people there.
I hope that you can forgive me for being so late. Hello and welcome to the Forums, Soxfan! This community is indeed the best one that I've ever seen, so I hope that you will become a part of it! If you have any questions, send me a message, and I'll do my best to help. I hope that you enjoy your stay here!
