A Hot key For the trash in your inventory/ other thoughts

About techs; eventually all equipped techs will be active simultaneously. A hotkey to switch between them is in the works as a temporary replacement, but is not yet implemented. See [x]

Also, I too would like more key commands for inventory management.

 

I believe it should be bumped to 2 slots, one with no cooldown and that doesnt disssapear. Also that pushes to the second open trash slot with a .01 cooldown on it to make the process fast is needed. but still could save using the first slot. and still with a ctrl Shift click setup.

 

I'd like to see merchants with controls like the Diablo games and their knockoffs, where shift-click auto-sells an item, but it can be bought back until you leave the area. That's always been my favorite way to dump my excess loot. Give me a merchant in my house, and one on my ship, and let me unload my crap on them, and I'm good to go. Hold shift, start clicking, and any mistake is easily undone.

I thought the terraria system was really good.... the trash can that was an pseudo inventory slot+ item delete hotkey+quick sell hotkey that was also the item auto transfer hotkey.

 

I just throw stuff on the ground.

 

Lags the game that way, especially with the increased time on the loot.

 

hotkey for trash... this... a thousand times, this... urg

 

i like this solution the best. furthermore, any movement (or teleport attempt) should close this window and eat/ drop all items within.

 

add 2 or 3 slots next to the trash slot. the trash slot works as it does now but the 2-3 prior to it auto trashes stuff.
ex: i put some fine sand and dirt in the 2 slots. now anytime i mine fine sand or dirt it is auto-trashed. lets me mine alot longer without having to stop to delete fine sand and dirt.
