A few more things

1. The colours of the ores need to vary more - hard to tell when I'm trying to mine platinum or silver (can't really tell), same with titanium and iron (even though I know that when you have titanium on the planet, there is not iron).
2. Is it necessary for the spaceship to enter FTL for the planet that's right next door within the same planetary system?

 

Or maybe I should release my extremely simple mod that makes flying to anywhere a 5 second process.

 

I understand the concept - but as a video game, I dislike having to wait so long to go from place to place. I have my crafting stations in my ship so it doesn't bother me as much any more.

 

You do know that the ftl is basiclly a "hidden" loading screen right? The trip even seems to go faster if you have a faster computer (since it needs less loading).

So if they removed the ftl you would still have to wait somewhere for the planet to load.
