For all those weary traveling kitties out there! Other races also welcome! Pets allowed! Comfort! Class! Comfort! Coziness! Did I mention class? And comfort? Also, we are currently having some minor flooding issues on the balconies; we're working on that, don't worry. Just, uh... keep the doors closed. The water'll evaporate. Eventually. Plan was to also add a below-ground level kitchen and storage basement, but I first want to figure out how to stop the NPCs from jumping down the platforms into the basement and then never coming back up again. Sure, they'll be safe from monsters down there, but having a boarding house with all rooms empty and the basement full of people doesn't exactly seem like it should be that way =~_^= And I left the roof boring and flat like that for possible future expanding. [And for those of you out there wanting to know these details... Stuff used; - Felins race mod (obviously). It provides the beds, flags, pawprint doors, artwork for the walls and Felin-type furniture like the dressers and sitting pillows and such. - General Store mod, for the Mediterranean brickwork on the inside back walls and the white stucco back walls, as well as the decorative plants. - Girl's Diary add-on (and the... thingie vault mod it is the add-on for). I just used the clothes rack in this case. - I have seriously no clue where those chandeliers came from. One of my mods, but I can't remember which one. - And of course, /admin mode for the Avian small temple bricks, ornate flooring, wood paneling on the back wall in the stairwell, and to produce lots of it all and not be constantly killed while building such a big building. (Also, one of my mods provides a lot of Glitch items in gold, like those cups. I think that's also the Girl's Diary add-on)]
Nice, looks very cool dude. The only thing I can recommend is putting drains in the top floor balcony, or pushing in the gaurd rail.

(And it's dudette bee tee double-u =~_^=) Yeah, I have the spigot mod which comes with a handy little drain; I had to put one in the 'mouth' of my Black Cat lab building because those darn NPCs kept leaving the front door open, hee. I may end up having to use them here too, because if those outside doors are closed and there's a heavy rain, all the balconies flood. Even with an open-weave background railing like the wood fence, hee.
