And now I imagine 80% of the guild using one of those consoles in a combined effort to move the station, big station = lots of things to control and secure while moving it.
I hope you can have space station sin single player as well, Tiy mentioned something about a certain point in the game. I'd prefer that over having to be on a multiplayer server to get access to one, but they look awesome regardless and the updates keep rolling out! so I'm happy watching it progress

I love to see them integrated back into the Game one way or another. It would be a great place to meet people, maybe even, if you build a guild, tax people going down to your awesome planet, rent rooms like in a hotel, dock and repair your ship ^^ I would also like the concept of space hulks or S.O.S missions with your ship...abandoned stations or large ships adrift in space, moonlike planets with no atmosphere, aliens, traps, pressure leaks, Cosmozomies etc....awww...the possibilities!
Well, some planets having explorable space station-dungeons sounds real interesting. I hope we will be able to build personal space stations too, should be quite costly of course or require something special to build it
If this indeed mades to the game (final release), it would help clan/guild/rp people with huge organizations. I mean, personal spaceships hold only so little space even fully upgraded that this feature could help organize gatherings out of planet surface.
can we get abandoned space stations they can be one giant dungeon maybe with parts that you activate to open up more areas (starts with no power dark wth creatures, turn on power and then you have light and some doors that open but now must contend with security systems, hack security so you can open the previously locked doors and most of the security systems wont attack you, and finally make your way to the stations mainframe and/or storage to pick up tech and rescources (random chance at any point for the station to start falling apart due to structural damage, auto destruction to be tripped, salvagers arriveing, or any other number of bad or good things to happen)
Space station? My God please make it happen. Abandoned space station? Randomly generated appearing randomly in different part of galaxy? Buying next copy of Starbound for further support ! I just hope there will be abandoned space stations, with tense and scary music, dark atmosphere and with the feeling of coming danger! Please Tiy consider this!

That is done to death in movies, games and books. Ooh look this temple has stood for 10 million years weathering storms, earthquakes and everything else.. but you get one guy stepping in and it all falls apart. Annoying as hell.
My God i love the idea! but IF they put the space stations back in the game, i think it will be better if they can be obtained my more than just guilds as their guild hall. Some people like to play with just a couple of friends on a private server (including me ), and some even like to just play singleplayer. The idea with fully customizable stations or just interior customization is awesome aswell Cookies to this idea
I want to live on space station. I do not want to live on planet like a dog, nor be cooped up in my ship like a dog in a dog-crate on an airplane, scared and confused.
Yay! Losing the space stations from the release was a big blow for me, so I am happy to know that they're at least considered for later~! I am SO hyped for a place for commerce and diplomacy, with a quarter of a million humans and aliens. A shining beacon in space, all alone in the night.
