How many biomes are there now? It feels like every update brings a new biome! This game is gonna be amazing!
Now that were getting toward tutorials and tier 1 bosses, and cramming in variety in the generation engine i hope this means beta is real soon! Especially since the UI is 98% done, and most item actions are already good to go. Running out of things before it becomes a "early play release" instead of "beta" lol all though i guess there is still probably quite a bit of upper tier things to take care of for monsters and such! I like the gloomy atmosphere your outfit really ties in lol, also nice ocarina.
This game cannot come soon enough! Every update I'm like "They've got to be nearly done today right?!" and then the next day they're like "We added things you totally didn't think about!", which is good, great even, but the excitement is killing me!
I think that's one of the more amazing screenshots I've seen lately. Then again, they all are in some way. That's the beauty of it. Not yet. Patience, young Grasshopper.
Looks just wonderful, perhaps just maybe Starbound will be one of those games that gives me back my gaming spark that keeps getting stepped on by rubish
+1, can we at least get an ETA? You know, with a disclaimer mentioning the 'E' in 'ETA' means 'Estimated'? 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, give or take a few we don't mind. An estimate would ease tensions a bit, everyone goes around acting like beta could drop tomorrow and that can fray nerves. School is about to start for many who are probably hoping non-stop for beta to release before classes begin, again that can fray nerves.
wow, that really helped so much. it means so much to me, that there are wise men out there that comprehend the universe, starbound and the greater connections between them so much better than i do and give such great adwise. i bow before you. now my mind is at ease. i can now wait until the end of time without ever wanting the game to actually be released ... thx, great master fanboy
Whats going to be sad is if Chucklefish releases it -right- after the 20th and that event.. right as all the kids will be going back and to busy to play. However it seems more likely it will be October or later before it sees the light of day, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
