Just what I was thinking. Someone suggested it be a craftable item. Unless an box put a tracker on a package or person so you could locate them I think I'd prefer friendly fire to some degree or have the player draw more aggro to get mobs off NPC. When shooting you should be accurate and not just spraying around the NPC and he come out unscathed. Maybe make them to go unconscious until they recover and have them yell at you for being retarded and shooting in his direction. Lol
