my god... I want it as a pet... It actually looks kind of cute while scary at the same time. I mean like imagine this thing suddenly popping out from the ground and chasing you at the speed of light at night These mobs are really unique and seems to be fun to encounter! But I do hope you give some of these "special abilities" to the poor random-gen monsters, they'll be more than happy to chase you at night and eat you alive. Actually don't give them special abilities... I lied give them special abilities please!
A pet? What will you even feed to it? I mean it clearly wants starbound explorers to be its next dinner.
I'll feed it apex slavers And feed it big ape... Big ape will last for a month yah But obviously I won't be able to feed it big ape, that's why I'm going to kidnap the cultists instead! A good way of eliminating evil Or just feed it my immortal cat... It'll just respawn anyway!
That is a bad idea. Especially when it respawns where it died. The stomach. I didn't even expect the mob to have a knife hands.
Then infinite-looping food resource! (and constant surgery) Or I might feed it random villagers instead... *evil laughter*
Yes absolutely. Or at least not moving in the dark should provide temporary dizziness for the little gentle ghost in a shell. Just imagine what you could encounter in the bottom of the ocean... and in the bottom of the universe... in the middle of chaos... beyond time... Nyarlathothep the crushing jaw
I don't even wanna know why the hell do you guys want these things to have a fake ambient version for them to disguise as, imagined you walked up to a field with five of thoose ball things and when you get to the middle of them three of them turns out to be Orbides.....that wpuld seriously screw my day.
NPC Tenants. Another infinite food source. Come to think of it, do Tenants spawn if there's a monster in their house? I've never tested.
If I meet him, one of us will be mince meat. He has the supersonic dashing slash? While I have the supersonic spinning spear slash! Come at me, bro— **As of this excerpt, both of them died. Hatsya beheaded the Orbide, while the Orbide cost him an arm*
It would be nice if the monster was hard to see when idling - his head having a charging time that would light up but also a slower response and with that would come high damage.
