Newest update, before we log off and get some shut-eye. We thought being one-upped by that other guy with his 9-max display was unacceptable, so we stayed up and built a super-compressed super-cool hex display up to and including "F" - we plan on having two Fs in the near future (F means 15 in decimal). Our logic runs on pure spaghetti.

 

We're going to work on the second hexadecimal digit tonight most likely, and then post a follow up video.

Any ideas on what we should do next? Suggestions appreciated.

We're going to post our new build soon. This one doesn't involve logic gates but it's still fun.

 

I really like what you're doing here and it deserves more attention. What you're doing goes over most people's heads, though.

I feel tempted to make a 2-bit ALU or something.

 

The forum needs more sub-categories and then I probably wouldn't have this issue.

 

Oh also our server is open still if you're interested in learning how to build these ALUs super quick.
