Nothing can describe the badass-itude that is the Hylotl sensei. Almost makes up for the Hylotls loss of their awesome looking Koi ship. I just hope that there's still Shoji screen background on the new Hylotl spaceship...
That horse AI is enough to make me play Glitch The Hylotl should be a young female though. That seems a lot more normal for a Japanese-y AI.
Why do you think that a young female avatar is more Japanese-y? If anything I think its the opposite. Hylotl seemed to be based on a more traditional asian concept, where elders are valued for their experience and wisdom. Think of a master, a sensei. In fact, in every asian manga or anime with ninjas or martial artists, there's always this master figure who tends to be cherished by its students, and if our Hylotl charatcter is going to involved in exploration and fighting then it makes a lot of sense to me. Having a young female Hylotl would make more sense if she was supposed to be the impersonation of a goddess (or maybe the image of a lost lover).

Congratulations, the horse with boobs BARELY edged out the high-tier glitch armor for the dumbest thing in the game. You have destroyed every shred of desire I ever had to play a glitch.
I, for one, have to say that while the horse is hilarious, I would hate them. it just wouldn't seem fair to have all these awesome AI's and have the glitch with a talking horse. Plus it is just plain weird. (love the Avian AI, so simple, many majestic, such crystal )
Hummm... lots of people freaking out over the Glitch-Horse-Lady. But what I want to know is what's up with the Floran AI? Is that just a place holder? Or is it really just a silly face plastered over the human AI?
Hay, I giddy-up enough pun threads on Rock Paper Shotgun. Not sure I can keep up if they start becoming popular around here too. Neigh, scratch that, I'm sure I can't. That recolour makes it look like the horse has been censored by the ESRB.
While part of me finds the horse AI hilarious, I can see myself getting tired of it quite quickly when actually playing the game. It would be good if the player could or buy software different AIs, including some outside the racial set.
