This is by far the best/funniest idea i've heard here.
Can you add it pleeeease ?

 

ok so looking at al the races we have now there needs to be one based in the 50s cause all the races in the current game seem to cover all the other popular and cool time periods other then the 50s. also don't make them the drozolians please i just can't see crystal people being related to the 50s i was thinking more alone the lines of half human half alien you know like the classic gray alien with the round head black eyes it would be like a Frankenstein of sorts having bits of alien and human in them being able to change the stuff like which alien parts you want like one alien eye or two you know that sort of thing. its clothes would be based around clothes in the 50s leather jackets jeans and dresses ect with the weapons being the same having wrenches switchblades sawedoff shotguns classic world war one or 2 weapons spring fields tommy guns sledge hammers and well ill leave you with that

 

only if it's yellow. though the idea is very neat =D the submarine MM would also work as a suction thing to suck in anything you break with it, if you rightclick, maybe.

there's quite a few other ages that haven't been covered... like anicent greece, for example. and the 60~70's. and 80's. and the victorian era / steampunk. and cyberpunk. and indian. and native american. and african (though i guess maybe the florans might cover them?) -- to name but a few xD
not to mention each culture has its own past and its own cultural differences in those pasts. and futures.

but otherwise i like the idea ^^

PS: no matter how i look at it, that is NOT a hoverBIKE.... it's definitely a hoverjeep

edit: vehicles should also have extra carriage components!

And the Fonz gave us not only a name for the point where a production can only go downhill, but more importantly a unit of measurement for cool. So don't diss the Fonz, ayy.

 

dam right you don't see the other races able to just snap to bring all the ladies in the area to them

@Grimfrost: Is it really that hard to figure out? I dunno about Unstable but it should be pretty easy in Nightly -- there aren't that many things in the yard that you can interact with...

 

all i see are the penguin crane and other penguins, ship yard owner and the merchant

 

Well, one of these is your source of vehicles last I checked the Nightly, or at least they're supposed to be.

 

you just find it. it will sometimes be on any planet it does not move but it looks awesome you know that you have found one if you see an anchor with chains on it you can find it right now it was not added in the nightly build

 

Kawa is right, one of the penguine parts (The one with the human dealer) sells it.
You sure you are using unstable or nightly, and not stable?

 

After what I've seen in my mod's thread, I wouldn't be surprised if this was it.

Ah ok, but I don't think that is what Grimfrost meant.

 

Correct. @meraldgreen72 seems to have mixed up talks of the avian airship dungeon (old) with talks of the vehicles (new) which you can get in the outpost shipyard and which @Grimfrost did mean. How they did so, I don't know.

In a thread about vehicles, named "party bike", a post that doesn't quote or @-refer and only asks "where do you get one" very likely refers to said bikes, even if it's directly below a post about avian airships. I can understand emeraldgreen72's confusion, but I don't like what it implies about them.
