I'm thinking of something.. a tool... a mind-conexion-telepatic helmet used to give orders to your captured monsters, allowing you to control them directly. but to get that object, you have to do a looot of things/missions or something, like... "gotta trap them all" you know...

YES. I would love to see a return of the USCM. Not the armed maniacs in the bunkers who shoot you on site, but an actual military force that you can possibly join. As for the events you were talking about, that should also depend on the faction you're with, such as:

Fighting alongside Marines to defend a colony from the Miniknog army, launching attacks on enemy fortresses, colonies and space stations/ships in epic battles, hunting down rebel scum who challenge the might of big ape, Joining Floran in quest to ssstab sssomething, helping to establish Hylotl missionary places on the primitive worlds, crusading against the Grounded Heretics, sieging/defending Glitch castles, sabotaging Miniknog starship factories, helping a posse of outlaw Novakids hold up the bank, helping the Sheriff stop the outlaws, going on a treasure hunt with pirates, going on heists with bandits, rebuilding the Protectorate, or joining the Occassus. There's a lot of possibilities.

First off, yes that mech looks cool. but let's not forget about some new features being shown off too. it looks like there's a new lighting item, some new furniture to decorate our homes with. Something that looks like fuel canisers and a tech console in that room. and... hey, are those ship particles used with a mod to make your own ship or is ship parts going to be move-able/craft-able?
