I'm less worried about the static broom Apex, and more worried about the Glitch running across the screen. He seems to be in a hurry. Also, that comparison to Spike has got me in a bind. That's a really good one. Nice job.
Originally i thought underground tp should costs a set amount pixels to do on survival and hardcore. How aboubt instead players must craft portable devices using teleportation cores that can only be used once. You can get 3 of them for every core you craft them with. You could also buy them separately from the shop at the outpost.
Isn't it exactly how it's working at the moment? Players can play with different difficulty settings on a server? That's how me and a friend of mine are playing.
Cool making things moddable. Maybe make a RPG mode where you have to level up stats to make certain tier items, stats give bonus to attack and what not. Make that moddable as well. Maybe a custom mode so you can do a custom version with survival and rpg at the same time, with maybe a version of hardcore that will allow certain number of lives.
I honestly have no idea how it works now, since I didn't have anyone to play with. Either way if we allowed each single player to modify a number of parameters for their "difficulty" level, then a bunch of players, all with different settings, would be somewhat chaotic. I am not saying it is entirely bad or impossible, merely that it'd be chaotic.
Yeah. Tomorrow and several years from now. Seriously, though. There is the Story update which is being worked on currently and then there will be the "1.0" update. Chucklefish is not going supply official dates, but it will be within half a year at most.
Hey, do you think there would be room for choosing your starter ship, rather than having it tied to a specific race? I like a lot of the Apex and Hylotl materials/equipment for instance, but the Human and Floran ships are my preference.
Ok good. This will make my farm planet easier to manage. Cause i'm going to have like 1000+ crops. and that is going to be hard to water without those sprinkers.
Its worse than that. In multiplayer you see people running around with mega death rays from mega death ray mods or vanilla death rays from admin mode. Modded items can be found on servers and work perfectly fine.
You can craft other race's equipment, you just have to find/buy blueprints for them. Whenever I saw that a merchant sells a blueprint, I would buy it, just in case. P.S. Dunno if this changed in the recent updates, though.
