    probably the kind of world where people confuse degrees Celsius for degrees Fahrenheit. because 29 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit below freezing temp.

    My entire house stays somewhere around 24°C and I consider that nice and cool compared to the 31°C outside D: (I totally had to look up a converter for this, as I know nothing about C, just F and live at 74F all day unless I'm outside which ranges in the mid to upper 80's most days now that spring is turning towards summer.)

    I'd have to agree here. ~18C is what I'd consider comfortable. You can turn on a heater and grab a blanket when it's cold, but when it's hot? You're pretty much SOL without sitting in front of a Swamp Cooler.
