well i found all the answers for my questions , wish they could let us know when the beta will start ..

They Hinted us with "not everything in roadmap needs to be 100% to launch an BETA". We can have an idea with their updates on the roadmap how's everything going.

 

Oh man I hope they'll release beta soon. Gotta say- playing Terraria since early version was great experience because we could see all the changes and experience so much game development. Although- creating new worlds was sometimes a lil' bit tiring

Basically, you still need actual resources to craft equipment, the 'pixel to item' thing has only been said to work for like furniture and such. Unless that's been changed, but that would make different resources virtually pointless, so I can't imagine them doing that.

 

Yea, that was why I was confused, it sounded like that would be the process to make every item.

Will we be able to have mixed armor? What I mean is having the benefits of mixed armor... like having the Avian chest armor and be able to fly (high level only, I know) with an Hylotl mask/helmet and be able to breathe under water. (By the way, I love that you picked the name of the water race so it resembles the Mexican salamander (axolotl)... especially since it physically can look like one too!!)

 

I believe it was confirmed that you need a full set of armor for the abilities to work.

 

That would be Max Level Cheating hahah.

Ok there is no info in this, but I assume the Bonus Stats of an Armor it's in the SUIT or in all pieces together that create the Bonus.
And that makes sense that way. ^^

 

That's too bad... My 2 major death causes are fall damage and drowning... If I could get rid of those 2 (or say not fly but glide and not breathe underwater but get double the time before drowning) it would let me explore more before getting cloned!

 

There will be Armor MODs that will give us bonus in such things, we just need to wait. :alien:

My understanding was that you could equip things into either left or right hand, don't see why you couldn't equip two one handed weapons

 

I would love to be able to build a bit into space, not much of course, but enough to build a tower out of the atmosphere and look down onto the planet

 

Not possible was said Graham. What there IS possible and confirmed are Two Handed Guns! They don't want to allow 2 guns at a same time because that would cause issues with balancing the game, mainly PVP.

It will be Interesting see what changes in the ambient arround us when we build a Super High Thing. TO THE CLOUDS and beyond!
