1 ENERGY AFTER PASSING OUT GLITCH (PS4)

So I'm not sure if this is a new bug or its happened to someone else. Im playing the PS4 version of SV and i've come across a possible glitch. After passing out near Mountain Lake on Spring 6 (I had no energy at the time and was sluggish) I've woken on Spring 7 with 1 energy, I was under the impression you woke up with half energy minimum regardless of what you do to end the day? I've scoured the internet and can't find any mention of this glitch anywhere. Has this happened to anyone else and does anybody have a fix which doesnt involve restarting as thats not an option. Safe to say this has screwed my plans for Spring 7 a tad lol.
