Bug/Issue 1.3.11 Tackle Still Breaking After 1 Use

    This is occuring for both host and farmhand. 2 different tackles used (Dressed spinner, trap bobber), both broke after 1 use (both times occured when fishing up trash or sea vegitation). This is on a fresh install of the beta 1.3.11 on both systems.
