    Expected Behavior: Should be able to kiss my spouse fast without the game bugging . Actual Behavior: The game bugs after kissing emily 4-5 times one after another and my character levitates when he's walking and his head moves weirdly.

    Steps for Reproduction: Kiss your spouse multiple times one after another and be fast.


    What Operating System are you using: Windows 7 Ultimate.

      Oh, ok, ty. I didnt think much of it either, because it is the first few days. But for example, if you need something to grow in an exact number of days, you dont have the greenhouse, and this happens, it would really suck. Imagine having to wait a whole year to be able to get that plant to complete a bundle.

          Summery of issue: Shane dialogue missing

          Expected behavior: dialogue when I try to talk to Shane.

          Actual behavior: I went to talk to Shane in the tavern, but no dialogue occurred. I then walked to the area below the farm and had the cutscene proc where you share a beer on the dock. Now when I try to talk to him it makes the beep but no dialogue window. I can gift him, but I don't know what he says.

          Replicate behavior: get Shane up in hearts and try to talk with him.

            I found a problem! I'm so in love with this update already, though. Amazing stuff, I'm loving the magic!!

            Summary of issue: The horse will glitch (vanish, flip wildly) when I ride to the left.

            Expected Behavior: The horse riding normally when going to the left, without vanishing.

            Actual Behavior: A pretty freaked out horse. Every direction to the left is glitching. Down and left, up and left, general left... etc. But when the horse goes to the right, I don't see any problems.

            Steps for Reproduction: Not sure!


            What Operating System are you using: win10 64 bit\

              Summary of issue: Queen of Sauce re-run issue. I got the recipe for Coleslaw on Wednesday 10th of Spring, when the correct date for it is Sunday 14th of Spring. I started four new test saves, one on Forest map, one on Riverlands map and two on Standard map, on all saves I skipped/slept straight to 10th of Spring when the first Queen of Sauce re-run airs, on all but one it aired the Coleslaw recipe, on one of the Standard map saves it aired Stir Fry like supposed to. I was also able to learn Radish Salad on the 17th of Spring on my normal Forest map save, when the correct date is 21st of Spring.

              Expected Behavior: The first time a recipe airs is on Sunday.

              Actual Behavior: The recipe airs first on Wednesday, labeled re-run, then again the following Sunday, which is the day the recipe is originally supposed to air. Bug appears occasionally.

              Steps for Reproduction: Start a new save, wait until the first Queen of Sauce re-run on Wednesday 10th of Spring and see whether the recipe is Stir Fry or Coleslaw (bug doesn't appear all the time)

                    CA didn't specify a time and I know he's still been picking up on bugs from this thread so maybe trying to sort them all out first? We just have to wait

                      Summary of issue: Botanist profession quality issue

                      Expected Behavior:
                      Forrage items picked up should always be Gold Star quality

                      Actual Behavior:
                      Some items have no star at all. And some items have Iridium Stars

                      Steps for Reproduction:
                      Pick botanist profession and collect items in the wild, in the mines, forrage items grown on your farm, etc.

                        yeah even though he said it would be today, there might be a chance that if he can't fix all of the problems, it might be pushed back to extend the time he needs to get that done first. Which, I personally wouldn't mind, since we are all doing such a great job helping him. I think he should take all the time he needs to get it done, and get it done right.

                            Summary of issue: Shane's blue chickens are dropping 2 eggs (one of each color).

                            Expected Behavior:
                            Should lay one egg only, perhaps random colored.

                            Actual Behavior: Blue chickens lay 2 eggs.

                            Steps for Reproduction:
                            Raise a blue chicken from Marnie's ranch.

                              Summary of issue: Horse animation bugging out when riding to the left

                              Expected Behavior: Animation playing out smoothly

                              Actual Behavior: seems to be flickering and the animation tries to look like its going to the right. the horse looks like he is trying to do all his animations, even the idle grass eating.

                              Steps for Reproduction: I just rode my house out to the forest and it started bugging out when I went to the left and now it does it everytime I ride to the left. I got off and went back to the farm to see if it was just the forest and it seems to be doing it everywhere

                                Some feedback on this:

                                Rancher has a more fundamental problem. You could double the price of animal products, and it would still never be a viable option because every single animal good has such a mark-up with turning it into some artisan good. Milk to cheese, eggs to mayo, wool to cloth. I suggest, instead of playing with prices, make a lateral move. Here's an idea:

                                25% chance of having a second animal product. Kinda like the foraging skill thing with a chance for doubling the forage, but for animal goods. This makes it a solid choice and a contender to do something other than Tiller/Artisan. And because it is mutually exclusive with Artisan, you don't have to worry about unintended synergy.

                                The capstone choice from Rancher could also need some help. Coopmaster only really help during the build-up phase, and Shepherd only helps if you are doing a lot of sheep. The former is only useful in build-up, and doesn't give ANY benefit whatsoever once you have hit full capacity, and the latter pigeonholes you into only using one barn animal. Here's a proposed suggestion to make animal tending a solid choice into the mid and late game:

                                Coopmaster: Befriend coop animals faster. Increase chance of double-product for coop animals from 25% to 50%.

                                Shepherd Tenderfoot: Befriend barn animals faster. Increase chance of double-product for barn animals from 25% to 50%.

                                This makes Coopmaster viable, and it effectively expands Shepherd's ability to the other barn animals, who need some love as well. The only thing Tenderfoot won't work on is Pigs, unless you want this to work on Truffles much like the Forage perk works on foraged stuff.

                                Also, I do understand, and even agree with, your nerfing of the berries, however it is ironic that Fall is now your least profitable season for a farmer. Not sure how to fix that, or even if it should be fixed, but you should probably look at making Beets a bit better. At the moment, they are the only Oasis crop that isn't worth planting when compared to other options. Also, as an alternative to nerfing the Ancient Fruit so harshly, just remove the .5% chance of getting an ancient seed from anything going in a seed maker so that the ONLY way to obtain at least your first ancient seed is to actually find it, which is heavily RNG dependent. This does what you originally intended: make Ancient Fruit very rare. As a result, keep the price where it originally was. This keeps you from getting a practically guaranteed ancient seed in year 1 by seeding blueberries and cranberries until you get one.

                                tl;dr:

                                * Have Rancher give a chance of second product instead of a price kick, Coopmaster/Tenderfoot further increase chance of that specific building's product, to make it compete with Tiller/Artisan
                                * Remove .5% chance of Ancient Fruit coming from seeds and keep price where it was. This gives it a more legendary feel to finding one, and gives people a better reason to go artifact hunting.
                                * Have a second look at Beets, which should probably be better than the options currently found at Pierre's since you need to unlock Oasis to get them.

                                  A litte dumb question but now that 1.1 is live, should we go to Properties and change from Beta to None again?

                                  Edit: cause I did that, restarted steam, and it still says Stardew Valley [beta]

                                      I would like to apologize to CA for erroneously reporting the fact that some seeds take longer to grow than others as a bug. It's been a while since I picked the game up, I forgot that some seeds just take longer.

                                      But I will agree that the nerf to berries shouldn't be as hard as it was without some sort of other crop getting a slight buff as well, to make us want to grow other things than the berries that pop out multiple products per harvest.

                                        Expected Behavior: galloping animation

                                        Actual Behavior: glitchy animation of horse eating grass

                                        Steps for Reproduction: walk left on horse

                                          summary of issue: when harvesting crops the color on the clock grays out.

                                          Expected Behavior: clock remain black

                                          Actual Behavior: clock changes to gray momentarily

                                          Steps for Reproduction: hold down right mouse button to collect crops and it grays out the time
