Summary of issue: After completing community center & JoJo Mart has closed, I passed out and got a letter the next day saying a JoJo mart employee took me home. Expected Behavior: No letters will come from JoJo mart after it has closed and there are no employees left to make sure i get home safely Actual Behavior: Letter says it is from JoJo Mart Steps for Reproduction: pass out, may or may not get letter from jojomart the next morning What Operating System are you using: Windows 10
Summary of issue: Intro quests for building coop and explore community center disappeared Expected Behavior: Quests available on quest screen Actual Behavior: Quests for missing Steps for Reproduction: Obtain community center and animal raising quests, accept reward from donating to museum quest before obtaining it What Operating System are you using: Windows 10
I have encountered this issues twice now When given the bullitn board quest to kill red slimes in the mines when I get finished I cannot find the mayor. he is not in the tavern, or on the beach, or in town, or any of the places where he usually hangs. I dunno maybe he's playing hide and seek and doesnt want to pay me. So this time I stayed in his house until about 110pm when he walked, through the black border beyond the house, through the wall, not the door, and into the house. I got to turn it in and get my reward. Only way i can recreate it is when I do that quest so far. I am on windows ten home, dell inspiron 620
Not sure if it's a bug, but the layering for torches behind trees seems off. It seems like the 'halo' shpould be behind the tree, although it might just be a result of how the light layers work. Summary of issue: The light effect makes it look like the tree is glowing expected behavior: Light effect should be behind the tree actual behavior: Light effect is over tree Steps for reproduction: put a torch behind a tree OS: Winows 10
I had a problem with something I have never had a problem with before in 1.0. Summary of issue: Jodi asked for a cauliflower with a message in my mailbox. I brought her a cauliflower, and she took it as a gift instead of a quest item. Expected Behavior: I thought I would give her the cauliflower and it would finish the quest. Actual Behavior: The accepted it as a gift and the quest is still active. Steps for Reproduction: After the Cauliflower quest comes in your mailbox, wait a couple of days (for a caulifower to come ripe) and then bring it to Jodi in her shop. She'll give the gift response, and the quest will still be in the journal. What Operating System are you using: Windows 10
Summary of issue: On the River type farm, the aspect ratio is 4: 3 (or close to it) with vertical black bars on left and right, but then going to city map it's normal widescreen/fullscreen (1920x1080). Expected Behavior: correct fullscreen Actual Behavior: black horizontal borders on both sides Steps for Reproduction: playing the game What Operating System are you using: win10, steam, no mods
Summary of issue: Foraging bonus Botanist (and it seems Gatherer as well?) not applying when picking up truffles Expected Behavior: With Gatherer I should sometimes pick up two truffles and they should all be gold star quality with Botanist. Actual Behavior: I don't ever seem to pick double truffles anymore and they never have stars Steps for Reproduction: Seems to happen every time I pick truffles What Operating System are you using: Linux
Summary of issue: Minor graphic error on pre-existing saves with the relationship indicator in chat boxes of Shane and Emily, as long as the player had already maxed out all 10-hearts. Expected Behavior: The icon in the chat box for Shane and Emily at 8-hearts should be a blob and not the 10-heart star. Actual Behavior: On all other marriage candidates, they max out at 8- hearts (pre-boquet) and the icon is represented as a small blob, but if the player had already reached 10-hearts with Shane and/or Emily the icon is a star and it persists even though the meter is reverted to 8-hearts *Note: Character I tested it on is married to Sam Steps for Reproduction: Return to a character save file that had previously been 10-hearts with Shane and/or Emily and speak to them to find the icon. What Operating System are you using: Windows 7
Summary of issue: Popup when I found a geode said stone instead Expected Behavior: Text box pops up at the bottom of screen saying you've found a geode! Actual Behavior: Text box says stone in place of geode Steps for Reproduction: Find a geode (specifically happened on my farm, not in the cave or anywhere like that) What Operating System are you using: Windows 7
I don't think truffle is counted toward foraging item, one that happened previously is the result of said perk working incorrectly and CA got them fixed
Summary of issue: Farm skipping/lagging as I walk. Expected Behavior: The game has never lagged before today in my 300+ hours playing. It usually runs smoothly. Actual Behavior: I am watching my ram, CPU, disk stats, and temp on two monitoring programs, and nothing is spiking there to make lag understandable. It doesn't seem to be a computer performance issue (I run games with much higher requirements with no issue). It is fine on all other maps, aside from my (forest) farm. The lag only happens if I have been playing the game for one in-game week+, and rebooting the game fixes it (although, my computer stats are the same whether the game is lagging or not). Steps for Reproduction: This has happened 3 times now after playing for at least 1 in-game week in one sitting. What Operating System are you using: Microsoft 10 home
Okay, so, I want to say two things. One, please make up your mind about truffles. Are they foraging goods or not? If so, please let me get gold starred ones. If not, please make it impossible for me to pick up two off of the same one. I'm really confused. And two...there's an exploit. I'm fairly sure it's an exploit, or a data value not being looked at correctly, or something. Casks SHOULD take two seasons to age a wine, yes? Cause, uh...I have a small problem. I think I'm crashing the local economy every week. Because it only takes one before my batch of Ancient Fruit Wine goes from basic to Iridium quality. I have a basement full of the best wine I can make every week. I'm making half a mil every week.
Ah, that would make sense. Since it doesn't say Foraging under its name. But om that case, maybe it should be put on the list of fixes? Otherwise it's a bit confusing, haha.
Summary of issue: My toddler (first-born child, female) keeps getting stuck on stuff while dashing around the house; after the Stardew Fair, I entered the house around midnight and found her stuck on a Gold Pillar. I moved the Gold Pillar but she remained stuck on the tile and I could not put the Gold Pillar back. Leaving and entering via the cellar didn't fix it, but going to sleep and waking up the next day did. (The glitch also seemed to be preventing her from going to sleep.) This has happened with other objects before. Also, sometimes she will stand in front of a Chest, Mayonnaise Machine, or Cheese Press and I can't interact with it via mouse, or move my kid out of the way (not sure if she's stuck in these situations). Expected Behavior: Toddler should run around the house carefree without getting stuck on objects and/or stopping player from interacting with others Actual Behavior: Toddler gets stuck on random household objects and prevents mouse interaction with some objects Steps for Reproduction: It seems random; wait and watch toddler move around the house; leaving and re-entering? What Operating System are you using: Windows 8.1 (The pillar in question is the one in the foreground, it was on the tile directly behind my child against the wall. I cannot interact with her in any way.) Thank you so much for making this beautiful game, I'm so happy with the new update already!
@TCMemoire I don't think they're stuck-- they appeared to 'sleep' in the wrong place (they suppose to sleep in bed, right?). also happened to me after Stardew Fair.
Summary of issue: Picking up quartz and red quartz in the mines with the Botanist Profession doesn't give out automatic gold star quality as it did before back in 1.0 Expected Behavior: The quartz and red quartz to be gold quality as with all other picked up items with Botanist as it used to happen back before the update (purple mushroom was gold quality though) Actual Behavior: Both crystals were normal quality Steps for Reproduction: Have Botanist, go to the mines, pick up crystals What Operating System are you using: Windows 10 That being said, this might have been an overlooked error and this is actually the fix in the update. If this is the case, sorry for mentioning it.
