I guess the OP sort of makes sense, but it sounds like it was translated with Google Translate or something. I do agree with most of the suggestions, though.
Maybe he typed in Chinese first so that if someone was better capable of translating what he said they would be free to. Not saying it isn't against the rules but it makes sense. I understand all of his suggestions, and I agree with them. Unless I'm misunderstanding, he's suggested: 1) Make it so that monsters drop useful loot, and the loot that they drop depends on the biome in which the monster is found. 2) He suggests satellites that can be crafted by the player, or erected by NPC's on the planet as per procedural generation. The satellites will act as planetary gatekeepers, attacking anyone who does not provide a correct password, for instance. The satellites would also be killable. 3) He suggests player-crafted force fields that can be placed as structures.
Don't worry Chinese comrade, pretty soon someone from your country will develop a bootleg copy of Starbound and you won't have to listen to us silly English speaking folk complain about anything.
